Standard samples are ready in 7-10 business days after your design files and specifications are confirmed. Rush sampling may be available depending on current production capacity -- contact us to discuss your timeline. Samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx for fast international delivery.

Yes -- we support Pantone TPX / TPG color matching for fabrics, threads, and trims. Please provide your Pantone code when submitting your order. While we strive for precise matching, please note that slight variations can occur between fabric dye lots and embroidery thread colors due to material differences.
